Today, I stumbled upon these stunning images by Moscow-based photographer Katerina Plotnikova and immediately fell in love. Katerina photographs animals and girls together to create fairy-tale like imagery that evokes the often forgotten bond between people and nature. Katerina worked with animal-trainers to set up these amazing shots, the gentle interactions between the girls and animals give the images a sense of serenity and surrealism...they are, in Ms Plotnikova’s own words, “another tale about wonderland”. Katerina's photography looks to be straight out of a fairy tale, what I wouldn't give to have her shoot a Book of Deer collection one day!
