I recently stumbled upon the work of Daniel Baretto through one of my favourite blogs Messy Nessy Chic. You all know how much I love me an amusing Gif, well these ones by Daniel elevate Gifs to works of art. Daniel's manipulated photos merge forest scenes with urban elements to create a metropolitan fairy world.

I love the combined sense of hyper-realism and fantasy... imagine if fairies really did visit little tree bars like this!
