So remember how I told you a little while ago that I would be heading to a tradeshow in Tokyo? Well it's finally here.. I am leaving for Tokyo tomorrow for the first time ever and it feels completely surreal! I will be exhibiting at Roomslink Tokyo which is a mammoth tradeshow from what I hear, I am fully prepared to have to navigate it with a compass!

This week has been a bit mad trying to get everything ready in time.. printing off linesheets, pricesheets, flyers, sticker, namecards...etc. I have tried to prepare for every possible scenario as this is my first tradeshow and I want to appear as professional as possible. I will be happy to come away from this experience with even just one great new contact!

 I am very lucky that I will have my super organised, proactive sister with me, I will feel much calmer with her there. As a super, added bonus I will have my brother-in-law in tow too, he is Japanese and will be my official translator/tour guide/culture expert. As a lifelong fan of Japanese pop culture, there is so much I am desperate to see, eat, do and shop. We will be at the tradeshow from 10am-7pm every day so there will be little time for city exploring. However, I fully intend to indulge in all the shamelessly touristy things after hours!   I know it's a long shot but if by some wonderful happenstance one of you dear readers is based in Japan.
